We found that contact with Alex was never an issue or burden, he always responded to requests and questions. We the clients knew exactly what was happening on each day of the project. Alex was also always open to new ideas and changes to the plan as long as it did not impact the build quality. Alex offered great advise and guidance, took extra steps when issues arose and provided fantastic solutions for difficult problems.
All of the contractors, that Jag use are high quality trades, the workmanship has been fantastic. We have been so happy with Alex and the team we have employed them to do some additional work on another property that we own.
