We engaged Tony Marino from Jag Homes Developments to build our dream home in 2010 and we are pleased to say that Tony’s efforts throughout the building process together with the end result justified the faith and trust we placed in him and his team.

The relationship with your Builder is based largely on a trust that they have the ability to complete your project on time and on budget. With Jag Developments we were given both these things and were able to make informed decisions that gave us a build that exceeded our expectations for quality and finish.
The team at Jag Homes are a very professional and easy to work with building group. We were recommended Jag Homes through a friend in the building trade and are truly thankful for the recommendation. Jag Homes were a delight to work with; they were excellent communicators and planners. At many points through the project daily communication was required to ensure smooth management of multiple trades, deliveries and decisions on things critical to the timeline on the build.
We found that contact with Alex was never an issue or burden, he always responded to requests and questions. We the clients knew exactly what was happening on each day of the project. Alex was also always open to new ideas and changes to the plan as long as it did not impact the build quality. Alex offered great advise and guidance, took extra steps when issues arose and provided fantastic solutions for difficult problems.
All of the contractors, that Jag use are high quality trades, the workmanship has been fantastic. We have been so happy with Alex and the team we have employed them to do some additional work on another property that we own.
